The Support Control Panel (SCP) is a cloud-hosted platform for the support teams of FiveM roleplay servers. It bundles support cases, whitelisting, player files, roles and Discord integration in one place - login runs through Discord OAuth, and multiple projects share a single account.

No. The SCP runs entirely in the cloud, no self-hosting required. You sign in with Discord, set up your project in a few minutes and get started right away.

Backups are encrypted with AES-256-CBC by default - the key is managed at deployment. You can create full or scheduled backups at any time and restore individual tables selectively, protected by an automatic safety backup. The platform uses Discord OAuth, CSRF protection and HttpOnly cookies.

The 1-month plan is a one-time purchase with a one-month term and no automatic renewal. The Lifetime plan is paid once and used permanently. You start the Free Trial without any payment details.
